This is a truely amazing experiment. Its a breakfast which combines both sweet and strong flavours. It provides the sugar and vitamins needed whilst being different and tasty
- 1 Plantain
- 1/2 onions
- 4 strips of bacon
- sweet peppers
- seasoning (salt pepper)
- Frankfurter sausages
Peel and cut the plantain into cubes.
Slice half an onion into thin strips.
Cut the bacon into fat strips.
Dice the peppers and garlic.
Fry the bacon, sausage and plantain for a few mins until nearly cooked.
Add the onions and peppers and some garlic and season as required
