This Delicious Filipino Dish can be cooked in a short time. It is a very healthy dish.
- 2 kilograms Chicken thigh and breast
- 4 big potatoes skinned and sliced to 1*1*1inch cubes
- 1 clove Garlic peeled and crushed
- 1 whole onion skinned and sliced to rings
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- half a cup of soy sauce
- 1 cup vinegar
- Prepare everything.
- Heat pan.
- Add oil.
- Saute garlic and onion.
- Put the potato in the pan continue sauteing add the chicken.
- Then add the soy sauce and vinegar add sugar and pepper to taste.
- Stir until boiling.
- Simmer or until it dries up.
- Serve with rice.
